Engineering discipline meets Northwest craftsmanship
Bullock Builders is led by Xander Bullock — a civil engineer with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and a background as a former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Commander. That engineering training shows up on every job: careful planning, exact specs, and a steady hand managing the moving parts of a build.
Family owned means more than a business structure to Xander. It means treating every client with the same care he'd give his own family, telling you honestly what work you actually need, and standing behind the work long after the final inspection. When he's not on a job site, you'll find him out in the Pacific Northwest with his family.
